We just had an O-1b Petition approved by the Vermont Service Center. The petitioning company is based in New York City and the Beneficiary works for the company as a Lighting Designer. The Beneficiary was already working for the company on O1b visa and the petition was approved for additional period 3 years as we were able to demonstrate that Beneficiary will work on new set of projects for the company, as outlined in the itinerary.
