Visa Waiver Program Available to Israeli Nationals
Beginning November 30, 2023, Israeli nationals will be able to utilize the Visa Waiver Program to travel to the United States as B-1 (temporary business) or B-2 (tourism) visitors.
I am an influencer and I am traveling to the US for vacation, where I would publish posts about my trip and earn income from it. Can I do this on B1/B2 visitor or ESTA status, or do I need a work visa?
Depending on the facts, it may be permissible for an influencer to create content while being on B1/B2 or ESTA, but this is very much dependent on the specific facts of each case.

If you are a foreign national and your spouse is a U.S. citizen, you can certainly qualify for a Green Card under the immediate relative category.

It depends. There is some room for a B1/B2 visitor working remotely for a foreign employer while visiting the United States to be permissible, but only to a certain degree.
