By August 5, 2020March 31st, 2021News

Our founding attorney Ian Scott has been selected to sit on a panel to share knowledge on green card options for investors and entrepreneurs. The AILA Education Department has scheduled a web seminar for “Green Card Options for Entrepreneurs”.

Once company founders have navigated the many obstacles involved with securing a nonimmigrant visa while maintaining equity in their company, entrepreneurs are then faced with an even more limited number of options for pursuing permanent residence in the United States. This intermediate-level panel presents a discussion of green card options specifically for foreign nationals who are trying to continue operating their businesses in the United States while maintain their ownership and pursuing permanent residency.
