The Trump Administration will sign an Executive Order that will extend the April 2020 suspension of some immigrant visas until December 31. To learn more about the April 2020 suspension, please click here.
News on Monday afternoon states that this new Executive Order will also suspend new H-1B, H-4, H-2B, J, and L visas, with some exceptions. Rumors claim that President Trump will block the entry of foreign workers on H-1B visas for skilled workers and L-1 visas for workers being transferred within a company through the end of the year. The president will also block seasonal workers on H-2B visas, with an exception for workers in the food service industry.
