- You Are Well-Positioned to Advance the Proposed Endeavor. This is where you must demonstrate your own unique qualifications. Evidence can include your education, skills, track record of success, progress toward your goals, and a clear plan for the future. You need to convince the government that you are the right person to carry out this important work.
- On Balance, It Would Be Beneficial to the U.S. to Waive the Job Offer Requirement. Finally, you must argue that the value you bring to the U.S. is so significant that it outweighs the standard interest in protecting U.S. workers through the labor certification process. This often involves showing that your contributions will create jobs, advance a critical industry, or provide other tangible benefits to the nation.
