The State Department’s August visa bulletin announced the retrogression of several final action cutoff dates for the issuance of immigrant visas and the approval of adjustment of status applications. The retrogression applies to EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-5 final action dates, due to an increase in demand in these categories. The visa bulletin is updated each month and is available at the State Department’s website.
