The applicant was granted the visa as a Management Consultant based on five years of experience in a specialty related to the consulting agreement. Management Consultants are one of the TN categories that allow applicants to qualify on the basis of work experience. Applicants can qualify based on 5 years of experience as a management consultant or 5 years of experience in a specialty related to the consulting agreement.
