We just had a TN visa approval at the Pearson Airport.  The applicant was granted the TN for 3 years and will work as a software engineer. Although the land borders between the U.S. and Canada are currently closed for non-essential travel because of COVID-19, certain ports of entry are still processing TN visas. It is advisable to call ahead to the specific port of entry where you plan on applying for the TN to see what the current procedures are.
