Marriage Based Green Card Approval

 Scott Legal, P.C. just had a green card approval for a petition based on marriage to a U.S. citizen.  The client was granted conditional legal permanent residency for two years and will be able to remove the conditions on the green card up to 90 days before the card’s expiration date. Scott Legal P.C. first processed a K-1 fiancée visa for the client and filed the adjustment of status application in the U.S. after the client arrived and married the U.S. citizen spouse.
