We are thrilled to share another success story from our business immigration practice. Our firm recently secured the approval of an
L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executive petition for a client establishing a new U.S. office. This approval marks a significant milestone in the client’s strategic expansion into the American market. If a U.S. company has not started operating yet or has been doing business for less than one year, the applicant can be granted an approval for one year to get the operation up and running. The applicant can then extend the visa in increments of two years, up to 7 years total for a manager or executive or 5 years total for a specialist.
Thinking of expanding your business to the United States? Whether you’re launching a new U.S. office or transferring key executives, our experienced immigration attorneys can help you navigate the L-1A visa process with confidence.
