This approval marks a significant milestone in the client’s strategic expansion into the American market. If a U.S. company has not started operating yet or has been doing business for less than one year, the applicant can be granted an approval for one year to get the operation up and running. The applicant can then extend the visa in increments of two years, up to 7 years total for a manager or executive or 5 years total for a specialist.
