We just had an L-1A approval with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services.  The applicant was approved for three years and the business provides RCM services to healthcare providers. The applicant was a people manager abroad and will be employed as a function manager in the U.S. Function managers can qualify for L-1A visas on the basis of managing an essential function, as opposed to managing other employees.
