Scott Legal just had an H-1B approval for a Senior Data Analyst. The applicant will now be applying for a green card and going through the PERM process. H-1B visas are visas offered for applicants who have at least a BA and the job requires this degree. The official H-1B cap season has already started and applications must be filed by the beginning of April for an October 31st start date.
