We just received an H-1B approval from USCIS for a cap-subject H-1B. The applicant is a Nanotechnology Engineer and has a Master’s Degree from a U.S. University. The employer is based in New Jersey and the applicant currently works for the company on F-1 visa. The employer paid for a premium processing that was available for cap-subject H-1B petitions requesting change of status this year.
