Scott Legal P.C. just had an I-485 Green Card petition approved based on EB2 NIW petition for an aircraft engineer and entrepreneur. We initially helped the client file an EB2 NIW I-140 petition, which was approved in March 2023. The client waited for the priority dates to become current, then filed an I-485, application to adjust status to a green card holder in August 2024. The green card was finally approved in February 2025, marking the successful end of a 2-year journey.
