We just had an EB-5 I-526 approval with USCIS.  The client had waited for over 2 years to have his I-526 adjudicated and hired us to file a mandamus petition to compel the U.S. Government to act on a timely basis. We won the mandamus action, and the petition was just approved yesterday.  The applicant invested $500,000 in a targeted employment area to start a restaurant.
