We are happy to share a significant success story for one of our clients. We just had an E-2 visa petition approved at the U.S. consulate in Toronto for a national of Canada. The applicant purchased a gas station and convenience store in California and was granted a five-year E-2 visa to develop and direct the business.

This case is particularly noteworthy as the client came to us after a previous E-2 change of status petition, filed by a different law firm, had been denied by USCIS. We worked closely with the client to develop a new, robust case strategy to present to the consulate. The successful result is a testament to this collaborative and strategic approach.
