The applicant has extensive experience and will be a senior manager in the company. The visa was granted for 1 year based on the reciprocity schedule with Poland, which allows for E-2 visas for Polish nationals to be granted for up to 1 year. Although the visa is valid for only 1 year, the applicant may get up to 2 years in E-2 status upon each entry to the United States.
