We just had an E-2 investor visa approval at the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek. The applicant is the CEO of a real estate development company and was renewing the E-2 visa. Nationals of Kyrgyzstan can be granted E-2 visas for up to 3 months. When they enter the U.S. they can be granted up to two years in E-2 status. The business is based in Texas.
