All initial E-2 visas and renewals must be processed in Toronto but E-2 employee and E-2 spousal petitions can be processed in other posts in Canada. The visa was approved for 5 years and the applicant will come to the U.S. to be a manager for an equipment rental company. The applicant was a Canadian national.
