The USCIS Newark Field Office just approved green card petitions for a Diversity Visa Lottery Applicant and her spouse. The Green Card Lottery applicant is from Australia. All Diversity visa petitions for this must be adjudicated by September 30, 2022. The applicant contacted her local Congressional representative and asked for assistance to make sure the petitions are adjudicated in time and we also reached out to the local field office.
