We just had an E-2 employee visa approval at the U.S. Consulate in Madrid. The applicant was previously granted an E-2 employee visa at the U.S. Consulate in Osaka and needed a replacement after the E-2 visa was lost. Most Consulates have a procedure for replacing a lost visa stamp which includes submitting a police report and documents demonstrating the applicant is still eligible for the visa.
