We just had an EB-5 approval for investor in California that started a restaurant.  The investor was the majority owner of a new restaurant in California.  The I-526 petition was just approved and now the applicant can move to the green card process.  The petitioner is in the U.S. on an E-2 visa and will move to a green card.  EB-5 petitions now require an investment of at least $800,000 and are a great way to move to a green card.
