We just had an EB-5 immigrant visa approval with USCIS. The investor will receive conditional permanent residence and be eligible to apply for removal of conditions after 2 years, as long as the EB-5 requirements are met. The applicant invested $500,000 with a Regional Center. The current investment amount for a TEA investment is $800,000 and $1,050,000 for a non-TEA investment.
