Marriage Based Green Card Approved

Scott Legal, P.C. just had a marriage based green card approved by the USCIS field office in NYC. The application was a national of Macedonia and was in the U.S. on an E-2 visa. The conditional green card was approved for a period of 2 years, and the foreign national will have to apply for a permanent green card within the 90 day period before the conditional green card expires.
