An E-2 visa is a great visa for those who want to start or buy a business in the U.S. The E-2 visa can be renewed indefinitely but does not lead to a green card. Some applicants decide that they may want to “upgrade” their E-2 visa to a green card. This seminar goes over the EB-5 direct requirements and some other Green Card options (National Interest Waiver, Sponsorship, etc.) with an emphasis on those moving from an E-2 visa to a green card.
