A U.S. citizen who also holds the nationality of a treaty country cannot use that second nationality to receive benefits reserved for E-treaty investors or employees.
A dual citizen cannot change status using a passport from a different country than the one they entered on. The nationality claimed at entry is their sole nationality for the duration of the visit.
