Starting on June 1, 2019, USCIS forms can no longer be requested on the phone. Previously, by calling USCIS’ client services, individuals can request application forms and instructions to be mailed to their address free of charge. The forms by mail service for a selection of application forms can still be requested online. These services are only offered to individual applicants, meaning companies or law firms could not use this service to request multiple copies of forms.

USCIS is modernizing its services and cutting down on its costs. Application forms can always be downloaded directly from the official website. USCIS forms are free of charge to request and download, it does not cost any fees to get. Applicants should be aware for fraudulent companies that are charging fees for requesting the forms.
