The applicant, a Canadian national, was granted concurrent TN status to work as a management consultant for two separate clients, operating in the real estate industry. TN applications for Canadian nationals are still being adjudicated at many ports of entry. It is recommended to call the port of entry in advance of applying given the current situation with Covid-19.
