We just had an I-140 Petition approved by USCIS for a Multinational Executive. The I-140 Petition was approved under Premium Processing Service by the Nebraska Service Center. The applicant is in the U.S. on E-2 executive employee status and prior to that was in the U.S. on L-1 status. You can read more about the EB-1C green card here.
