USCIS has now resumed premium processing for all H-1B visa petitions. Prior to the start of the H-1B season this year, USCIS announced that they would halt the premium processing service for H-1B petition which normally allows for an adjudication in 15 calendar days. Now for all applications that had already been filed (cap and/or transfer applications) can file and I-907 form to have their petitions upgraded to premium processing. The premium processing is also available for all new H-1B petitions filed.
