E-2 Renewal Petition Approved at U.S. Consulate in Toronto Without an Interview!
Scott Legal is happy to announce, we just had an E-2 approval at the U.S. Consulate in Toronto. This was an E-2 renewal petition. The petition was submitted in May and a few weeks later, the Consulate waived the interview – the Consulate asked the applicant to mail in his passport and issued an E-2 visa in his passport without an interview . The business is a catering business and is located in Texas.
