TN Approval at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City

Scott Legal is pleased to announce, we just had a Mexican TN approval at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City. This was an initial TN application, and the applicant was granted the visa under the economist category. Mexican nationals applying for TN visas must do so at a U.S. Consulate or U.S. Embassy, but TN applications for Canadian nationals can be adjudicated at a port of entry. It is recommended to call the port of entry in advance of applying given the current situation with COVID-19.
