Management Consultants are one of the TN categories that allow applicants to qualify on the basis of work experience. Applicants can qualify based on 5 years of experience as a management consultant or 5 years of experience in a specialty related to the consulting agreement. The applicant had over 6 years of relevant experience in the specialty field related to the consulting agreement and demonstrated this with signed letters from prior employers.
