We just had another TN Visa approved at the U.S-Canada border, under the Engineer category. The applicant was granted the visa for 3 years. TN applications for Canadian nationals can be adjudicated at a port of entry; Mexican nationals applying for TN visas must do so at a U.S. consulate or U.S. Embassy. It is recommended to call the port of entry in advance of applying given the current situation with COVID-19.
