Scott Legal P.C. just had an immigrant visa approved at the US consulate in Frankfurt based on an EB1A I-140 self-petition by an engineering executive. We initially helped the client file an EB2 NIW I-140, then also assisted in filing an EB1A I-140 petition to take advantage of the faster priority dates. Both petitions were approved without an RFE and the immigrant visa was approved approximately 6 months after. The client will use their immigrant visa to enter the US as a permanent resident and will receive the green card at their US address.
