E-2 Visa Approved in Toronto After Two Denials for a Home Care Franchise

elderly care worker with a patient

We just had an E-2 visa petition approved after two previous denials. The client had used another firm to prepare an E-2 visa petition, which was denied twice, then came to our firm and with our help, he was able to secure an approval on the third try.  The applicant is a national of Spain and applied for the visa at the U.S. consulate in Toronto, Canada. The applicant was finally approved for the E-2 visa and now is able to come to the U.S. to develop and direct a home care franchise in Florida.
