Scott Legal, P.C. just had an E-2 visa approval in Melbourne Australia. Australian nationals can be granted an E-2 visa for 4 years and the visa is renewable indefinitely. The Business was a medical supply company and the investor purchased the business. The firm also assisted the investor with due diligence services for the business purchase (our founder is an MBA and CPA) and completed all of the E-2 visa documentation. We also ensured that the purchase/sale agreement was E-2 compliant. Scott Legal has processed a number of E-2 visas at the three Consulates in Australia (Perth, Melbourne and Sydney).
