We just had an E-2 investor visa approval at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad de Juarez. The applicant has been running a successful business in the U.S. for several years and was granted a renewal of the E-2 investor visa. Mexican nationals receive E-2 visa stamps that are valid for 1 year, however they can be given 2 years in E-2 status every time they enter the United States.
