E-2 Investor Approval with USCIS for Renovation & Construction Business

We just had an E-2 approval with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services for a renovation & construction business based in Texas. The applicant, a national of Israel, was renewing the E-2 status and was granted another two years to develop and direct the business. An approval from USCIS allows the foreign national to live in the U.S. and run the business, but does not permit them to travel internationally.
