We just had an E-2 change of status approval with U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services for E-2 dependents. The E-2 investor petition was filed under the Premium processing, but USCIS does not adjudicate the dependents petitions under Premium processing anymore. The petitions were filed in October 2020 and approved in February 2021. The E-2 investor and the E-2 dependents were changing status from B-2 to E-2. USCIS also approved the work authorization for the E-2 spouse.
