Immediate Relative Adjustment of Status Petition Approved by USCIS
Another approval for the Scott Legal team!
We just had an Adjustment of Status approval with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The applicant is a father of a U.S. citizen. The applicant originally filed an employment based green card petition, but we later submitted an I-130 petition and filed a transfer request to USCIS to adjudicate the pending I-485 petition based on the I-130 petition, immediate relative category. The petition was just approved by USCIS.
