USCIS will take adjudicative action on the case within the following timeframes:
- 15 business days for most classifications (Form I-129: E, H, L, O, P, Q, R, and TN and Form: I-140: E11, E12, E21 (those not seeking a national interest waiver), E31, E32, EW3);
- 30 business days for Form I-765;
