Visa Options for Entrepreneurs in the United States

The U.S. is the land of opportunity and what better place is there for entrepreneurs to realize their dream. This webinar will describe the main visa and green card types available to entrepreneurs including: E-1 Treaty Trader Visa; E-2 Treaty Investor Visa; National Interest Waiver (EB-2); EB-5 Investor Green Card; International Entrepreneur Rule; and Extraordinary Ability (O-1 & EB-1) visas.

The seminar will focus on these visa types as they relate to entrepreneurs and will describe the requirements as well as some helpful strategies for successful cases. The presentation will also go over the B-1 requirements. The B-1 visa is the visa that is often used when an investor/entrepreneur wants to come to the U.S. to set up the business.

Finally, we will distribute free comprehensive visa guides for each of the visas that we discuss.

A recent wave of layoffs in the tech industry has caused significant distress for many foreign nationals. We will discuss these questions and many more in order to shed light on one of the most effective tools to make sure the government does its job.
