Scott Legal, P.C. is a U.S. immigration law firm founded in 2012 by Ian E. Scott, a Harvard Law School graduate and experienced immigration attorney. The firm was originally established through an E-2 investor visa, and Mr. Scott continues to maintain E-2 visa status, giving him a unique, first-hand perspective on the immigration process. He has also held TN, H-1B, F-1, and B-2 visa statuses in the United States.

Today, Scott Legal has a team of 15 full-time immigration lawyers and legal professionals dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to clients worldwide. Our attorneys are regularly invited to speak on immigration law panels and actively serve on committees for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
