Scott Legal just had immigrant visas approved for a diversity lottery applicant and his family. The applicant and his family are from Germany and their interview was in Frankfurt. The applicant was our E-2 client who initially wanted to apply for E-2 visa but then won the diversity visa lottery for FY2019. Applicant’s priority date was on the lower/medium end. The immigrant visas are usually valid for 6 months, but if the medical examination expires sooner, the visa may be limited to this date.
