Scott Legal just had an EB-5 green card approved at the U.S. Consulate in London. The applicant had their I-526 petition approved last year and she attended her interview this morning. The EB-5 program is one where an applicant can invest $500,000 in a regional center and can ultimately get a green card. The green card is issued for 2 years and after that the applicant must prove that the project they invested in created 10 full-time jobs.
