Our Fees

For services where we can reasonably predict the time to complete a task, we offer a flat fee. This fee will include all legal work performed by our lawyers on your behalf. These fees do not include any Government imposed filing fees or other out of pocket costs. In some cases we offer a flat fee range where the final amount is based on complexity and time. In these cases, there is a cap so that you have some assurance regarding the final bill.

For certain matters, offering a flat fee is not possible due to the unpredictable nature of the work involved. This is especially true for cases where we do not control the timing, scope, or complexity of the matter. For example, in litigation, the actions of the opposing party can significantly impact the amount of work required—either increasing or decreasing the time and resources needed to represent you effectively.

Because of these external factors, we handle such matters on an hourly basis, in addition to any out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, copying, courier services, and related costs. We will always provide a cost estimate at the outset, but it is important to understand that the actual fees may vary depending on how the case develops.

As with all our engagements, we will clearly explain the scope of work and applicable hourly rates before any work begins. Our hourly rates range from $295 per hour for law clerks to $695 per hour for senior attorneys.
