The streamline process allowed the applicant to simply produce documents to show that the company is still operational and operating within the premise that it was originally approved on. The applicant can produce tax returns, W-2, I-9, and other documents to show that it has revenue and employees. New applications need to produce the full original proof of investment documents, source of the investment funds, the company business plan, and other supporting documents that can show that the company is operational.
