We just had a National Interest Waiver approval for an innovative entrepreneur who provides a unique solution in a particular space. We filed a new NIW petition for him while a prior NIW petition was still pending after an NOID (notice of intent to deny). Shortly after we filed the new petition, we received notice that the prior petition was approved. Two months after, we received notice that the new NIW petition we filed was also approved.
