We had a EB2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) I-140 petition approved from USCIS Nebraska Service Center in approximately two weeks after it was filed with premium processing. The applicant is a U.S. lawyer, legal scholar and educator, a national of Guyana and is currently on an H1B visa working as a law school administrator. The applicant has published a law review article and organized various legal academic events and roundtables regarding racial justice in the legal profession, and proposed to continue developing innovative programs to advance racial equity in the legal academic and professional environment.
